Payment must be done upfront and through PayPal only.When commissioning for $100 or higher, you can choose between paying me everything upfront OR 50% before I start and 50% right before I deliver the artwork. This will add a $15 fee.Anything below $100 must be paid 100% upfront, and I do not accept payment after sketch.After I start the project, I will not refund.• ────── •°• ────── •

Do not make any profit out of the commission, it is for personal use only. Do not resell it, sell prints or have monetary gain out of it in absolutely any way. The same way, I will not make any extra profit out of the art, I do not reuse sketches or resell my designs.COMMERCIAL USE: If you intend on using the commission for commercial purposes (using it in/to promote books, comics, closed species, Twitch, YouTube, any monetized platform, etc) please state so beforehand, so we can discuss the project and reach an agreement. I charge differently for commercial use commissions so please disclose your usage of the artwork.• ─── • ─── •Do not trace or alter my work in any way, if you bought a flat color or sketch commission, please do not color it or shade it.Do not under any circumstances use my art for NFTs or feed it to any AI.I have the right to use it as an example of my work and share it on my art accounts.• ────── •°• ────── •

You are allowed to use it as a profile picture, print it, post it on your social media, etc, and you can crop the image for profile pictures, as long as it is for personal use only and you credit me for the art/design, preferably linking or tagging my Twitter.

You must credit me if posting it publicly. You cannot not credit or discredit me, state that you or someone else made the art or erase my signature.If using my art as a profile picture, please tag me in your bio as the creator of the artwork (i.e pfp by: @).
If you add the artwork to a social media I do not have an account on, please credit it to my Twitter.• ────── •°• ────── •

You may change and adapt the design, but please refrain from changing so much as the original design is irrecognizable.You must wait for a cooldown period of one month before trading/reseling the character.Only resell it for a higher price if you have at least 2 extra pieces of art on them, otherwise please only sell the character for an equal or lower price or trade them for art and characters.Even after a redesign you must still credit me for the character's design• ────── •°• ────── •

Please be respectful, do not send real life nude pictures unless it’s specifically for reference, and it doesn’t matter how explicit the commission is, please don’t be vulgar. Harassment will result in a block.
